    primary partition help

i created a new partition, and accidently made it my primary partition (C: being my primary one and D: being by other one) now when ever i boot up i get NTLDR missing ctrl+alt+del to restart
so i downloaded the windows 7 repair files from one website and tried to fix it, but i failed
and now i wanted to know is there any other way i can fix using command prompt or will i just have to reinstall windows 7
    PLS HELP

I know what you needed, YOU NEED to read the info about having to run 3 separate startup repairs with a system restart between each repair after you mark the partition as active to get Windows booting again.
