Several Problems

1. I have 2 Windows 7 on my PC. One is corrupt and the other one is good. How can I delete or remove the bad one.

2. My monitor screen is completely black except for the icons. Don't know what happened or how to fix it?

1. I would use EasyBCD to remove the bad entry. (Download EasyBCD 2.0.2 - NeoSmart Technologies)
2. I know this may sound like a stupid question but have you tried setting a desktop background by right-clicking on some part of the empty desktop and clicking on "Personalize" then clicking on "Desktop Background" and picking one. If it's not this simple procedure, if you could post a screenshot of your desktop to better understand the issue, it would help.

Your NON-stupid question solved the desktop problem but now for another question. How do I use EasyBCD to delete my BAD Win 7 OS from my C Drive and then transfer my GOOD Win 7 OS from my D Drive to my C Drive?

If you're talking just about the entries when the computer is booting up, using Easy BCD, you would just click on "Edit Boot Menu" and once you've determined which is the bad Windows 7 entry, just delete the one you no longer need, leave the other one and click on "Save Settings". After a reboot, you will notice the difference.

If you mean actually having Windows 7 files remaining from a bad install on your D: Drive, after ensuring any and all documents and such you need have been saved, transferred, or archived in some fashion, you should be able to go into your D: Drive and delete the relevant files from the old installation (Program Files, [Program Files x86 if 64-bit], Windows, Perf Logs, Windows, Users). Again, note that this would be the ones from the bad install.
