Why can't I do a clean install?

My computer recently crashed because of (i'm not sure why) and have had MANY issues trying to reinstall windows 7 home premium.

-I have "deleted" my hard drive multiple times.
-I have my BIOS set to the boot disc.
-I have a retail win 7 installation disc.

Now the problems...
-My windows goes through the installation process, then about half way through the comp crashes. Why? If I "deleted" my hard drives with the win7 boot disc, why is it still crashing?

TODAY i tried this all over and after a few failed attempts, my win7 disc became REALLY slow. Like mega slow. I tried other boot discs and they are fine. I burned a copy of my win7 disc, and the burned dvd was the SAME speed... Help please

Where did you get Win7? Check the HASH against official HASH. You may need to try downloading another.

If you burned the DVD yourself, try burning it again using ImgBurn at 4x - it never fails. Or install using USB flash stick: USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create

Try wiping the HD first: SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Check that you have the latest BIOS version update on the Support Downloads webpage for your model computer or BIOS. If so, reset the CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Set SATA controller in BIOS setup to AHCI first, then IDE if necessary.

Remove all but 2gb of RAM to try install.

Got windows 7 and a beast computer from one of my uncles. This thing costed $2500 alone, and has alot of accessories. He really hooked me up basically. When he got it, he did all of the installing of appropriate programs so i didnt have to :). But now that its in my possesiom i have to figure things out

-update- finish "diskpart cleaning" on command prompt, and now reinstallinf win7 for the 373839437292040838 time. 0.o. Hopefully this does the trick!

Right now i'm really losing all hope..
It REALLY doesnt help to use the win7 disc now because it took literally 4 hours to get to 50% or a little over during the installation before it crashed :/

same spot as always then boom. Comp reboots and never finishes.
Getting veerryy annoyed now O.o

THere are a number of troubleshooting steps that need to be taken to get it working. If you don't report back on each one, then we don't know to give you new ones.

Have you tried any of these suggestions?

If the Windows 7 install disk is one you burned yourself it may be a bad burn and needs to be done again, if so this would be the first thing to try.

Use the free ISO burner at the link below to burn another at a speed of now more than 4x and select to let the program to verify the disk before it finishes.

If that doesn't solve it and there's nothing on the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) that you want to save, have a look at this tutorial at the link below, it over-writes every sector (all the previous Windows code) on the HDD with zeroes and that makes the best possible space to install Windows to.

Oops sorry about another post. I tried the HDD diskpart clean and that did not work
I'm going to try burning another disc wirh 4 x the speed right now

-i have burnt 2 discs now, 1 normally and just now 1 at 4x+ speed. That disc is runninh, waiting on results.

-i wiped my HDD and nothing changed with the installation ( meaning it wasnt a crash that i thought it was).

-my BIOS are all up-to-date, as it's a new computer (i checked too)

-how do i remove RAM? I haven't tried this yer. If the installation fails again at 4x speed, i'll try this. Can someone tell me how?

Just to point out, RAM is very sensitive to static electricity (from your body) and the slightest bit will ruin the RAM, you must keep your forearm against the side of the PC case whenever you touch one of the sticks.
