Hello obliw, welcome to Seven Forums!

If the Windows 7 install disk is one you burned yourself it may be a bad burn and needs to be done again, if so this would be the first thing to try.

Use the free ISO burner at the link below to burn another at a speed of now more than 4x and select to let the program to verify the disk before it finishes.

I tried to burn a new disc three times but the same problem appeard :S
I'm thinking that it could be something with the bios or maybe my hard drive since it is very old .

It may be a good idea to run a test on the HDD, find the manufacturer at the link below.

Yeah I'am but is it possible that it is the harddrives fault cus then I will buy a new one because the old one sucks. But if it's not the harddrive's fault then it's just waste of money.
so if you or if somopne else knows please let me know :)
Thanks alot again for the support!

Are you certain you had the TWO 6pin power connectors plugged into the 9800GTX?

If this were me I believe I would remove the 9800GTX card and try to install Win7 using the built in VGA to the monitor instead. It does sound like a graphics problem of some sort.

If the installation is sucessful I would get the windows updates installed for your system then shut down the system completely, unplug and drain the power then reinstall the card and connect the monitor to the card and restart.

You couldn't pay me enough to go back to XP.

ok but the thing is that there is no buildt in vga :S and I only have one connector connected to the graphiccard but there isn't any other place to plug something in to thoe.

    Btw , Xp sucks :,(
Thanks for all the answers, but it looks like im getting a new graphiccard
