Windows 7: Toshiba Laptop brand new first time boot up failed!?!?!

Hi guys i need help...

Just forked out money for a brand new toshiba satelitte laptop, preinstalled windows 7, turned it on for the first time out of box and it began some 'partitioning' thing..i have no idea what it is but i was excited to get going so i selected 'Windows 7 64bit' clicked next and it loaded with a blue bar, took about 20mins...

...then it went to another screen and said 'creating crc file' , or something like that and the blue bar never loaded..time elapsed went up to 2hrs, time remaining never showed. i figured something was wrong, clicked cancel, rebooted and its now stuck on the windows starting up, black screen..

..i admit i was a bit hastey through the initial start up so iv probly screwed up something... how can i get it to load windows now??? please help! =(

Toshiba Factory Recovery

Be advised: this erases all data, and reloads all factory default software. Be sure to back up all your important personal data beforehand!

To access the Toshiba recovery partition, power off the laptop. Hold down the 0 (zero) key and turn the laptop on. Keep holding down the zero key until the TOSHIBA logo appears, where you should start tapping the zero key repeatedly. Stop if the unit beeps or when the TOSHIBA logo disappears. The screen should flash ** HDD RECOVERY MODE ** for a split second, then load the Toshiba recovery program right from the hard drive.

Okeej,i searched myself to death and when i found the solution with the start up proces using the zero key,my system should normally beep but instead of beeping a black screen appears for half a second and i am able to see the first words wich says BOOT FAILED. I do not have recovery disks,wich u actually have to make when u bought the pc. But if no1 tells u this..

Another question : My sis recently bought a windows 7 cd for her laptop wich was running vista. everything went fine with the installation, but now my question is ; can i use this CD to install windows again,because my laptop is with a special toshiba software where u can make recovery disks with. My product key is on the back of my laptop. but after a little research i can make these recovery disks but when i try to even click recovery disk thing it gives me an error about HDD/SDD because the file is not found on the second partition of my hard drive.

Any help would be appreciated becauuse i reached my point where i'm about to throw my laptop through the window.

Confusing post that I don't understand, but.....you should be able to use your sister's Windows 7 CD to install on your own PC-----if you have your own valid Windows 7 product key.
