Looks like you only have the one backup.
If you want to keep a baseline or other specific backup image, rename it slightly to windowsimagebackup.old or something like that. Then you can save a fresh image without overwriting it. It has to be renamed to its correct name and placed in the root of the drive to be detected during reimaging.
We have so many questions about multiple backups not being saved correctly that I don't think it can be counted on otherwise, unless someone knows the solution.
I know the solution.
Dump the Windows backup and use something like Macriun or better yet invest in an excellent program like Paragon, on sale now.

its kind of a moot point now. i lost my original backup
its all running clean now, so ill just keep this one. if i ever run into problems and am forced to reinstall totally ill look at other backup / image programs.

just let this be a lesson that the windows help function that says it will keep older versions until the disk is full is actually incorrect
