Is there a Win EasyTransfer for Win 7 to Win 7?

Looks like I'm going to have to reinstall and/or restore my Win 7 Pro system. Is there a version of Windows Easy Transfer to save and restore docs..pics..data files...etc to a new Windows 7 install and/or a restore from an earlier system image of Windows 7 ?

I know I will have to reinstall some programs that were installed after the existing restore or system image files...but what's the best way to backup all user data if I have to do a clean install if all else fails and/or I screw up the system restore ?

Thanks...TR
