    Hi h4mza and welcome

Are you saying that it wont auto activate online only? You can call Microsoft directly and they will activate it for you with little difficulty.

If you have a backup with the product key entered you may be able to revert back to it. If you have a restore dvd and restore point.

Did you by chance change any hardware between the two installs, and is it an "OEM" product key?

Let us know if we can be of further assistance

Go to Computer>Properties and insert the Product Key at Activation link. Post back a screenshot or the exact error message you receive.

Where did you get Win7? Have you changed hardware?

Yes it is OEM Key located back of my computer. It came with Windows 7 already installed, but i re installed Windows 7 because of a program not letting me go on internet and i also couldn't remove that program as it asked for a password, but i didn't know my password. I found the password just a moment ago when i looked at all the papers i had in my box where the computer came in. I didn't create a restore point, im not sure where to check for them as im new to Windows 7.

Waiting to see the exact error message received when you try to insert Product Key from COA sticker.

How is the OS performing now?

Your only option is to run Recovery Partition or install again using Recovery Disks which should bring it back to factory state. Isn't that where you are now?

We can help you try to get it activated, resolve any other issues, or if necessary you can call your Tech Support as most maker's give a year's free Tech Support on a new computer.
