Problems with Outlook 2010 in Windows 7

Hi,

Firstly not a technical person so please be gentle. I have installed Office 2010 onto a new laptop and I am having issues with Outlook. I set up accounts using exchange and it was working OK. recently when I log in it is closing almost immediately on opening saying "it has encountered a problem and will close". Today I am getting the following report when I try to open it "cannot start MO cannot open outlook window the folders cannot be opened and the information store cannot be opened."

Any suggestions

did you install 0ffice 64 bit or 32 bit ?
try setting up a new profile, it might help.
control panel, mail, the last option should be profiles, do not delete the old profile untill you know that the new one worked, backup your pst file before doing anything.
