English interface lanaguage instead of Russian

    Hmm, I've already tried installing this file (and the one for 64bit, in my original post), with no luck. And my Win 7 lacks the 'Display language' box mentioned in the howto. Other ideas?

    Before you do that, read Vistalizator, Multilingual users and Validation problems., in particular this bit:
    no functionality is removed from Windows but the desktop will turn black and you will receive notifications when starting the computer or when performing certain tasks, also you will be unable to download certain MS applications and MSE may or may not work
