Hello AnkurOn, welcome to Seven Forums!

It will have to be a clean install, there is no other way and all the data and your personal settings will all be lost; have a look at this tutorial at the link below.

Be sure to post back with any further questions you may have and to keep us informed.

If I may ask, why do you need to take such a drastic step, maybe there's another solution that will help?

Actually most Applications and Programs dont run on 64 bit and i do think that it is much slower so i need to take 32 bit .
Is this step ok or any other solution is available to Downgrade it to XP . But i am unable to downgrade it !!!!!!!

You cannot downgrade ! What you have to do is clean installation (that is reinstallation with formatting the partition), that Bare Foot Kid advised .

It would not be a wise decision to bounce back to XP , coz 7 is way better and easier to use . You can use 32 bit easily, I also use it . Try that clean install , it is easier enough .

Actually I will try it clean installation . and I think XP is better way .
I tried To virtual use of Xp but Windows 7 64-bit Doesnt allow to do it .
so i need to downgrade or elsewhere make it 32 bit .
Also some game apps also dont run ... [my Bro says it that he has problem in Launching games] .
Still compatibility option is available but the resoultion of the laptop screen matters a lot .

    Please Help Dudes .
Which Option shall i opt !!! well i had been registered in 2009 but i lost the password and account name ...
    So i joined 2day !!!

I'd beg to differ there. The only apps which truly don't run are 16bit apps...but I'm willing to bet you don't have many of those.
