Installing problem on 7137

I have build 7137 running. All the software/programs that I need are running fine. However, when I want to install any programs/software, I keep getting this error (See attached). How can I fix this issue?

Thanks in advance

Sounds like a problem with windows installer. Have you ran the repair option from your install disk? If that doesn't find anything, try searching MS for there latest installer and try installing it. think the latest is 4.5, but not sure if theres a newer version on seven.
