Where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD yourself?

Confirm your BIOS is UEFI. Look in BIOS Boot order to see if there is an EFI Boot Disk. If so, remove it from boot order and try install.

If that fails run Diskpart Clean Command followed by the command convert mbr to make sure you don't have a GPT disk.

If that fails, remove all but 2gb of RAM to try install. Test your RAM - Test with Memtest86+. Swap RAM sticks, making sure no debris is in slots.

Next test your HD using maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan followed by Disk Check run from installer's Command Line accessed by pressing Shift + F10 at first screen. Format a full disk partition,, then mark it Active following Step 2.2 in SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation in order to run Disk Check and then try install again.

Report back as there are more steps depending upon results.

Thanks for help. :) I tested with memtest no erros and with other HDD tester, its says 100% ok.
I checked the motherboard (with my hand) and i think it was way too hot. I switched the fans to "turbo" mod and disabled everything, integrated LAN, audio, USB's, etc and i downgraded the CPU from 200FSB to 180.
Maybe it was really overheating, now it works. Im writing from the new PC. Now i enabled everything (USB, LAN, etc) and it works. But when i switched back to 200FSB i got BSOD again. The CPU was about 48 celsius. So not that high.
Now i need to enable cool n' quiet and 2D clocks for video card cuz its not working atm. But maybe i need to ask in other topic. I will buy new fans too and check the voltages....
