Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview 64-bit

Your Specs says that your OS is win 7 ultimate 32 bit ... so have you installed it previously or was it preinstalled ? There is no other information about your system .

I guess you are trying to install windows again , and after loading files it animated "Starting Windows " screen comes . It is due to you are not formatting the existing C drive .

If my guess is right , you should follow the tutorial Clean Install Windows 7 with formatting the existing C drive and System reserved partition . Follow the tutorial and post back with results .

Where did you get Win7?

Verify the ISO with Hashtab against official Hash: Windows 7 RTM SHA-1 hash / checksums

Then burn the ISO to DVD with ImgBurn at 4x speed, which never fails.

Wipe the HD before install: SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation
