You may want to see Fixing "BOOTMGR is missing" Error While Trying to Boot Windows 7 or Vista - How-To Geek For More Information

To do this you will need a Recovery Disk

See Create a Recovery Disc - Vista Forums For More Information

Please Be Advised that you will need the Windows 7 ISO Not Vista

    Hope This Helps,

if your setup failed you'll have to reinstall again . you can't boot to windows cause it failed. so the only way to fix it is to reinstall. also you may want to add how it failed so someone can help you with that first..

Make sure you're booting the DVD directly: Boot from CD - How to Boot your Computer from a Bootable CD or DVD - Boot to CD

Wipe the HD to try install again: SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Remove all but 2gb of RAM to try install. Test all of your RAM with memtest86 Cd for 5-6 passes.
