    What shoud i do next?

    I just installed Windows 7 RC1 7100

Haven't installed any Driver Yet. Every thing seems to be working out of the box.

I have only installed AVAST Home Anti Virus.

Should i be installing the MotherBoard Driver and the ATI Catalyst? Or I should be installing just the Catalyst?

Any suggestions on what all i shoud be installing.

Also How do i turn off UAC?

Thanks a lot in advance :)

Not sure about the driver updates but if you type UAC into the start menu search then click on change user account control settings it will bring up a new window. select what you want by sliding the bar up or down ( down being OFF)

Hope that helps you out ?

    Also another doubt/question.

During Installation I deleted the partition which has XP and Recreated the partition then formated.

Now, During boot up I get the OS Selection Menu as Follow:
    Older Version of Windows
    Windows 7

How do i disable this menu and let it boot directly into Windows 7?

    Thanks again as always :)

Hahaha, ok easy on the questions buddy :).. 1. you should install all latest drivers for your computer that are compatible. 2. to get your computer booting directly into W7, use Easy BCD: http://neosmart.net/downloads/softwa...CD%201.7.2.exe go to manage, and click reinstall vista bootloader. that will make it boot directly into W7. Sapam
First welcome. You have a very nice system. You should think about installing the ati radeon driver if win 7 didn't already do so. If your current res is 1920x1080 my guess is that it did. Other than that If it isn't broken dont fix it. The UAC can be found @ start> control panels>all items>user accounts>change UAC ... OR just type UAC in seach bar then click change uac settings.
If you need any more help dont hesitate to ask.

    Good Luck

    Thanks.. for the support.

I do have installed ATI Catalyst today, and the system is responding quite well.
The Intel's driver for Windows7 seems to be in BETA state, and thats holding me back from installing it.

I'll probably hold off the Intel Driver Installation for a couple of days and see if things are breaking. And if it does break then I might have to install the Intel Drivers. Otherwise i can wait for the healthy and better Drivers to get released.

In mean while am downloading all hte Intel Drivers just be in in good shape when situation demands.

Again, thanks a lot to all of you for the warm Response. :)
