    hey i want to remove something off of uninstall or change a program without actually removing the program

Hi, i went to remove some programs and after i open uninstall or change a program in my computer it opens me only two last program that i install today but no others programs. whats problem? why i cant see all installed programs? i have windows 7 ulitmate SP1 last update

In windows XP there was a program called tweekxp that could remove the little arrow swoosh icon in the lower left corner of your shortcut icon. I was wondering if there was a way to remove the icons without having to download anything in windows 7?
hope im on the right thread :L well beside my icons on the desktop i have this wee CD thing. Its really annoying and takes up most of the icon. Any one know how to remove it ? I have attached an image to show you the CD beside the iTunes icon.
