Hello Punked Boyz, welcome to Seven Forums!

Are you trying an upgrade install or a clean install for this?

Are you using the custom install/format option during the setup?

Where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD yourself? If so, try burning another using ImgBurn at 4x speed.

Next Try wiping the HD before install. Follow these steps including making the partition and marking Active: SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Please try the "Optimize" tutorial Greg linked, it is not at all like a format it may help.

       Note

Contrary to popular belief, formatting does not remove any data at all, it just checks for sector errors and marks the space to be over-written as needed, all the data is still there including all the code from previous/failed installation attempts.
