    The error is typical with a bad installer. Where did you get Win7? If you burned it yourself, try burning another at 4x speed with Imgburn, or try installing from bootable flash stick: YouTube - How to install Windows 7 from USB (WinToFlash)
    i tried to install windows 7 from usb but the situation is the same...

    Did you try the steps below? What was the result after each?

    Next check in BIOS setup to see that SATA controller is set to AHCI.

    Remove all but target HD, then wipe it using Diskpart before trying install to partition created and marked Adtive in Step 2.2: SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation
