Intersting question. Ran some Google and Bing searches and found nothing, but that doesn't mean there isn't a way. Can say this; I cannot figure out how, though it is a great idea.
The only real problem is the size of some of the applications you mention, they along with the OS probably wouldn't fix on a single DVD.
