Do you have 2 HDDs by any chance? That would make things a lot easier. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP, Dell, Gateway, Toshiba - 4 laptops and 2 desktops OS Vista, Windows7, Mint Mate, Zorin, Windows 8 CPU from 1.6GHz Duo to i7 Monitor(s) Displays 2x HP w2207 Keyboard with trackball - no mices Mouse Trackball mice Hard Drives 5x HDD, 7x SSD, 12x Externals Internet Speed DSL 6000 |

Too bad. Two HDDs would have made life so much easier. But now you have to follow method 2 in this tutorial: Dual Boot Installation with Windows 7 and XP | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP, Dell, Gateway, Toshiba - 4 laptops and 2 desktops OS Vista, Windows7, Mint Mate, Zorin, Windows 8 CPU from 1.6GHz Duo to i7 Monitor(s) Displays 2x HP w2207 Keyboard with trackball - no mices Mouse Trackball mice Hard Drives 5x HDD, 7x SSD, 12x Externals Internet Speed DSL 6000 |

Your Win2003 clobbert the Windows 7 MBR because you were not following the guidance. Now you have to fix the MBR MBR - Restore Windows 7 Master Boot Record
Then I would clean the new disk, physically disconnect the Windows 7 disk and install Win2003 on the new disk. Replug the Windows 7 disk and change the boot sequence in the BIOS.
With that method both systems do not get into each others hair and you have 2 neatly seperated systems. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP, Dell, Gateway, Toshiba - 4 laptops and 2 desktops OS Vista, Windows7, Mint Mate, Zorin, Windows 8 CPU from 1.6GHz Duo to i7 Monitor(s) Displays 2x HP w2207 Keyboard with trackball - no mices Mouse Trackball mice Hard Drives 5x HDD, 7x SSD, 12x Externals Internet Speed DSL 6000 Windows 7 and windows 2003 problems?
