| | Help pleaseeee hello all i installed ubuntu on my system while i was using windows 7.accidently i made my windows partition a swap partition for ubuntu.now i want to recover my data.is there any way ? |

| | hi there and welcome to the forums  so what have you done? how did you install ubuntu was it alongside windows using wubi? or did you use a distro?(live cd then install) is windows 7 still on the disc? if so use the windows installation disc or a recovery disc to restore the MBR (master boot record) to get windows back to boot for you. |
