Pull old hard drive, install new hard drive, boot off Windows 7 DVD and follow the prompts. Don't enter the key until you have rebooted several times and have all Windows Updates. Make sure everything is working correctly before entering your key. -WS | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell OP760 OS Windows 7 Enterprise (x64); Windows Server 2008 R2 (x64) Memory 8GB Monitor(s) Displays 2 Dell 19" LCD Screen Resolution 1280x1024 Keyboard Dell Mouse Dell Optical Internet Speed 40meg |

Did you create the recovery DVDs? That's one of the options you were given when you first booted the computer.
If not, you need to contact HP and have them send you the Recovery DVD. Cost is usually around $20.

To clean reinstall without the bloatware you'll need a Windows 7 retail installation DVD. Some OEM installers will work if they are the Windows 7 Installation DVD and not Factory Recovery disks.
Here is how to get a perfect clean reinstall of factory OEM to avoid reinstalling the bloatware and useless utilities: re-install windows 7 | My System Specs | | |
