Mmm...maybe a bad download. Are you x86 or x64?

Yeah that's the one. It downloaded ok but the install was a drag. I was using the win 7 mouse utility to help with speeds. I will have to try again. Thanks for the help.

No worries - the other thing that might help is to uninstall any previous versions of setpoint if you had any, then trying the 620 installation.

Good luck,

I had been thinking that. I do have the vista X64 disc but was cautious not to use it. Perhaps a previous win 7 x64 version would be best.

Cheers,

Do you mean for SETPOINT?

You should just be able to unintsall it, and then downlaod the new version of setpoint and install that - no need for any discs.

That was when I thought I was never going to get it running but it doesn't matter anyway. I do plan on just installing it when the re-install gets underway from the logitech site.

minimum requirements
When a software program states it requires a minimum of 1GB to operate well, does that include the RAM needed to run the operating system? For example, if I'm running a machine with 2GB of RAM, and the program requires at least 1GB, do I therefore need at least 3GB of RAM?
