Make sure your BIOS is up to date. If so, reset the CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS
Set SATA controller in BIOS to AHCI first, then IDE if necessary.
Wipe the HD before trying install: SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation
Partition using Step 2.2 to mark Primary NTFS partition Active.
Remove all but 2gb of RAM to try install, swap RAM.
Remove floppy drive from machine and in BIOS. Next try removing DVD drive to use USB.
