blue screen of death after install

I am using a pc with features:
    intel quad @ 2.4Gh
    2GB of ram
and a 500 GB hard disk
This machine used to run windows xp service pack3
I formated the hard disk and boot the widnows 7 disk.
when the instalation was nearly finished and windows 7 logo showed up ,
    a blue screen appeared
with message physically memory dumping and the machine rebooted without completing installation.
After that it gave me the option to chose bettwen safe mode and normal mode
I choosed the safe one but when it tries to log in and complete the instalation showed up a message form window7 "instalation couldn't complete at safe mode reboot at normal mode and try to finish the instalation".
So i did but the BSOD keep coming up every time i tried to complete the instalation.

    ANy suggestions ?

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
    * Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

Follow these steps to see which driver is in error in Device Manager (likely Display) then disable it as shown and see if it will complete installation:
1, Before bootup, press F8 to enter the boot menu
2, Select 'Safe Mode' and the boot process will begin
3, Once booted you will be presented with the following warning
NOTE: Do not click 'OK' or press Space/Enter
4, Press SHIFT+F10 to open the Command Prompt
5, Type compmgmtlauncher into Command Prompt and press 'Enter'
NOTE: It can take a few seconds to display Computer Management

    6, Click on 'Device Manager'

You can now disable (not uninstall) any device that you believe is causing the failure to boot
    Information
E.G. If your GFX card is whats causing the issue then you can disable it, causing Windows to use the default 'Standard VGA Adapter'. Once you have booted to your desktop you can download & install the latest drivers

If this is not the cause, try wiping the HD of all code before install: SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Make sure you have latest BIOS version update. IF so, reset the CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

While in BIOS, set SATA controller to AHCI to try install.
