| w7 hp x64 1 posts | installing old software on 64 bit i had a runtime 3024 error and seemed to fix it by copying files from program files 86 to program files. but why does it crash? i no longer get the error messege but the program just freazes.???????? can anyone solves this? |

| Windows 7 x64 6,737 posts Houston | Track down the program executable, right click it, choose properties, go to the compatibility tab and set it for compatibility with win xp. That may solve the problem.
