Clean install shows two W7 options at boot - how do I fix this?

Hello! I just did a clean install of W7 X64 Ultimate on a new SSD. All went well and it works fine. My issue is that when I boot, I am presented with the screen asking me which W7 I want to boot... two W7 options are listed.

I only have one W7 partition and would like to get rid of this option. How can I fix this?

    Thanks for your help!

No other HD's plugged in during install? Check Disk management if you're not sure.

You should be able to delete the ghost listing on msconfig>Boot tab.

If not, install EasyBCD 2.0 to remove it on Edit OS tab.

Nope. No other HD's plugged in to the system. I'll check msconfig... Thanks
