boot manager missing windows 7

hello everyone
i have accidentally deleted boot file from my OS and after the restart my laptop says "boot mgr is missing"
i even tried to reinstall windows 7 home premium by a c-r-a-c-k software ! i even tried it with my USB pen drive ... nothing seems to work .. i even changed the BIOS boot settings and tried all possible things on earth! i have a doubt , in the dvd are the files for installation to be kept in an folder or just simply left without any folder or so .? can u please help me with it ?

Do you have factory installed Windows 7?

Is there an install now, or just failed attempt?

Have you downloaded an ISO to burn to DVD an installer for your version? If this won't currently boot, will any bootable CD or DVD boot in the drive?

Do you have a 4gb or larger flash stick?
