Computer does not boot up sometimes

    Hello!

I was wondering if someone can help me with my problem. I installed Win 7 Pro as a second OS (I also have Win XP Pro). The two are on two separate hard drives. However, my computer does not boot up sometimes. When I press restart, a lot of the times it wont go past the first screen that has a picture of my motherboard and shows BIOS options. Then if I force it to shut down (by holding on/off button), give it about 5 secs to rest and turn it on, then it will start. This problem started after I installed Win 7. Its completely up to date. I don't know what to do. Please HELP!!!

you can give this a shot
    Startup Repair

It could also be a problem in your motherboard settings.

Do you have the latest BIOS update?

Try resetting the CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Remove all listings from the BIOS boot order except for HD. Use BIOS one-time Boot Menu to boot DVD/CD.

    Check your cables and connections.

Test your RAM using memtest86 for 5-6 passes, then your HD using maker's diagnostics/repair extended CD scan: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Please post back a screenshot of your maximized full Disk Mgmt drive map with listings, using Snipping TOol in Start Menu.
