Windows 7: how can i make my other partition bootable?

26 Feb 2011   #41

That was to start your WIn7, not to create partitions.

The MBR sometimes needs to be repaired or rebuilt if Win7 will not start. The 100mb Sys Reserved partition needs to be marked Active if it's there, or the Win7 partition if it's not, then you can repair it by running Startup Repair x3 from the DVD or Repair CD, or Rebuild MBR if you are using PW.
