registry read error

When I try to install Windows 7 sp1 I got an error, i found in CBS.log file that the problem come from a registry key that can't be read, I found that the key can't be renamed or deleted. the credentials cannot be changed also. I try many registry scanner or defragmenter, I also perform a full checkdisk without result, if I can destroy and recreate this key I will be confident that I will be able to install Windows 7 sp1.

Do you have an idea on how delete this key?

On an other forum I received an answer, the author recommand to reinstall windows completely, I think that is killing a fly with a gun method!
thank you in advance

Best regards
