The only problem I have found after upgrading is that ESET NOD Security wont work until it's reinstalled, Photoshop CS4 is unaffected on my system.

I have 7100. How do I get and upgrade to 7264??

Since posting the question I have found it and downloading as we type. Can I install the 64 bit version over the existing 32 bit version? and does the existing key I have for version 7100 work for the updated version?
