    Welcome to the forum.

Then there is something wrong with your computer.
Could be it is to old and slow to run Win 7 properly. Could be you don't have enough RAM to run the version of Win 7 you are trying to install.
Please fill in your system specification so we have a better understanding of the system you are using.

    Check your ram.
    Memory Diagnostics Tool
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.
Hard Drive Diagnostics Tools and Utilities (Storage) - TACKtech Corp.
    HD Diagnostic

Where did you get your Windows 7 from?

First thing I would check is memtest as well. Also, I would go into your BIOS and reset it to factory, just in case any overclocking or anything is configured. I have also seen an issue where a certain hard drive setting in the BIOS can make certain drives lock up on 7 installs. It was a setting involving AHCI. Could possibly try it with that setting flipped..

I have a 30 version of Windows 7 that have been tested on other computers and work hard disks have not changed to this and do not have any errors only to test my memory
