Copy out your files now to another HD or external source from within Win7.

Now boot the Win7 DVD to try reinstall following these illustrated steps: Clean Install Windows 7

How to Boot your Computer from a Bootable CD or DVD

If this fails, where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD yourself? Confirm the ISO integrity and burn another at 4x speed with Verify. You can also try install using flash stick: Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool - Windows 7 Forums

Try also resetting the CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

While in BIOS setup, set SATA controller to AHCI.

If these steps fail, test your RAM and HD. HD Diagnostic
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
