how can I skip the win boot manager screen upon boot?

Running Win 7 and everytime I boot my computer it displays the Win Boot Manager screen w/ the option to startup in Win 7 or Vista. Aside from annoying, it's interesting since I have never installed/run Vista.

Anyway, how to I omit this Boot Manager screen from my startup?
