HELP WITH RUNNING WINDOWS 7 ENVIRONMENT RECOVERY DISC

    HELLO...AND HELP!!!!!!!!!

I had a trojan horse virus. After not being able to get rid of it all, I had to clear out my hard drive and operating system. I totally started from scratch. I have back up discs from Best Buy. All of them installed but the WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT RECOVERY DISC.
When I put the disc in, I get AUTO PLAY...OPEN FOLDER TO VIEW FILES USING WINDOWS EXPLORER.
EVERYTHING else is installed but the Windows 7 environment recovery disc.
HOW DO I INSTALL WINDOWS 7 WITH THIS DISC ON MY COMPUTER?
When the computer boots up, it says WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM. Is it installed already?
I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm just trying to get my computer back and going.
Best Buy wants to charge me to tell me, and I don't have the money.
I have been working at this for HOURS! PLEASE HELP!
    Thank you

That is the Repair Disk you use to try to repair WIn7 when it won't boot.

You dont' need to install it - just keep it on hand in case it's needed.

You want the Win7 Installation DVD - do you see that? You might also have Recovery Disks. If in question type out what is printed on each disk.

Boot the DVD or Repair disks following these steps: How to Boot your Computer from a Bootable CD or DVD

Then follow these illustrated steps to install: Clean Install Windows 7

You have one year's free manufacturer;s tech support which comes with every computer purchased. They will help you do this if needed, or just ask back here.
