Bootmgr missing with black screen after insert DVD

Need help here, I got this 'BOOTMGR is missing' message from Acer laptop. I try to repair it from Windows7 dvd but after windows logo come up there is black screen with movable mouse pointer and stay like that forever and can't proceed to system recovery option.

    How to solve this?
Can x32 dvd fix x64 Windows and vice versa?

Thanks that was superfast! Already done that.. Actually, Windows successfully load setup files and right after glowing Windows logo, the black screen come up with movable cursor. That's the fail point!

Where did you get WIn7 DVD? Did you burn it yourself? If so confirm the ISO integrity by comparing HASH to official HASH, then burn another with ImgBurn at 4x speed.

Or burn a Repair CD for your bit-version: System Repair Disc - Create

If this fails you can try writing the ISO to a USB flash stick using Ultra ISO trial version: On File tab OPen ISO, on Bootable Tab Write Disk Img, FOrmat, Write. Boot under USB or HD"s.

You can also try running Acer e-Recovery from boot: Acer Support: Frequently Asked Questions list for Recovery media and Restoring a system to factory load

    NO.
You need 32bit to repair 32bit.
You need 64bit to repair 64bit.
