install windows 7 7229 64bit

how do i install this file because its 32 bit and 64 bit

ive installed 7 64 bit before but whats the upgrade folder

could someone take me through the steps

Windows 7 Ultimate x64, Mint 9

Hello Gilly. Your avatar hurts to look at.....

Anyways, first off, edit out the Demonoid Text File.

Second, the upgrade is to upgrade from a previous install.

Upgrade Install with Windows 7
