But you said "i know there is no way to upgrade from 32bit to 64bit.. only clean install". It means that I will get 32-bit Processor to 64-bit Process if I know how to clean install. Is it right? Sorry for being unaware of clear.

Hope you don't mind and feel free to explain to me more. Thanks a lot in advance!

clean isntall means you can not keep settings/programs from your 32bit system.
it will be like new fresh os install. so you have to start over.
and to install 64bit windows you need install media with 64bit windows.
Your hardware should support windows 7 64bit.

W 7 64-bit Ultimate

Hello LUCK, welcome to Seven Forums!

Your PC will run 64-bit Windows 7 but you must do a clean install which means you will lose any data on the PC so make back-ups of any data you don't want to lose; if you do a clean install you will have to reinstall all the programs/apps that you use as they integrate themselves into the Windows registry and are not moveable from one Windows installation to another so be sure to save the program activation keys where applicable.

You will have to use the exact same version the PC came with but you can use the Windows 7 activation key that is on the COA sticker attached to the PC probably under the battery to activate the 64-bit version, though it may require a robo-call to MS to sort the OEM batch-key.

If you can't find an exact same version, you could use the info in this tutorial to create an "all versions" installer of any 64-bit version Windows installer, to install using this method.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

The system isn't 32 bit. The hardware (system) is both. The type of system you run is governed by the OS. If you have a 32 bit OS installed or if you have a 64 bit OS installed. You would be hard pressed to find a new computer that couldn't run x64 OSes right now.

Your license key is valid for 32 or 64 you don't need to purchase anything to make the just need to find an x64 install disc.
