Yes that is the one model.

I burnt 2008 R2 and 7 pro they work fine.

So I'm guessing it could be an issue with the product it self.

It is a valid key, it better be. . .

You could try upgrading this way.
No install files needed.
Only the Upgrade key is need.
Anytime upgrade only adds-on the Programs & Features from version to version.

After closer inspection of the DVD the holograms are not embeded within the disc itself it is a sticker and I can see a tear off which indicates the company are duplicating more than one copy.

This a really good copy 99.9% match to an identicle version, All sealed booklets, the card with the product key on (which is blocked). The DVDs are next to perfect.

So there are about to feel what a tonn of bricks feels like.

What company supplied the Disc to you?

You may want to report the company to prevent other Users from recieving the same Issue

It's called Shasonic in London, it's a small asian family run business, they have a shop in birmingham.

They have been reported already and I spoke to Microsoft today about and if they find it is fake (no question about it) then I will get a Complimentary replacement direct from them.

Once you get a legit Ultimate Product Key, simply insert it in Anytime Upgrade and the extra features will be unlocked in a matter of minutes. There is no need to use the disk.
