How to skip Windows 7 OS edition choose

Hi Guys great forum, I m having one issue and maybe you can help me.

I have one DVD with all windows 7 included both 86, 64 I want to customize installation in the screen that you choose Os edition, I want to go direct to the one I customize previously without user to click and choose.

I want it goes direct and install ultimate or give only professional option and goes without user interaction, , Is there I way to do this?

Windows 10 Education 64 bit

ei.cfg file?

EDIT: The ei.cfg file is what does it on your regular OEM or retail DVD. Those disks are 32 bit or 64 bit though, not both. I don't know if that will work on your combined universal disk. Do you only ever want to install one version?
