How much space is on the HDD? Could it be that the installer hasn't got enough room to expand the files?
    Just a guess.

    PROBLEM SOLVED!
    It was RAM! w00t
My RAM at stock runs at 1866 mhz but motherboard downclocks it to 1066 mhz. However, when I set RAM to 1066 mhz Windows 7 installed in first try! After installation I got ram to 1600 mhz. I will try with 1866 mhz later.

Now i'm proudly using Windows 7. So far no problems with drivers :)
