Lost Windows 7 startup animation

I used a Vista Recovery CD to fix my boot sector after a Windows 7 installation, and now my startup screen has the Vista animation (horizontal green scrollbar with black background) instead of the Windows 7 flower thingie. Everything else works fine, but I would like to get the Windows 7 animation back for aesthetic reasons.

I removed the bootsector completely with EasyBCD and then tried using both the Windows 7 Recovery CD and installation DVD to re-write the boot sector, but that had no effect. Windows 7 boots fine but is preceded by the old animation. Could anyone post step by steps instructions on how to fix this?

Thanks, I tried that, and it didn't help. Then I found an article suggesting another change, and it did the trick.
