Windows 7: HELP(again!): internal 2502 & 2503 installation error

I recently installed windows 7 7600 on a different partition. until i came up with this problem while installing some applications. at first installations run smooth. until this error 2502 and 2503 came. i can't install any applications. i researched and found some answers but not complete. can anyone please help me get pass this? thanks.!!!

You may have the wrong date. Check you date and time and make sure it is correct, time, date, year.

uhmm.. i have the correct date.
i've solved it already. i manually set the permissions on the windows/ installer hidden folder.

How exactly did you fix the problem, cause I've been dealing with the same thing. I always get a 2503/2502 error for anything I install. Some times the app will work and sometimes it won't. I also get .msi errors. I can't seem to find this change the admin setting in a holden folder. Please help!

i'm still having issues even after manually setting the permission. maybe i'm doing it wrong. can you/someone help me out with this?
