Yes. Download gparted (GParted -- Live CD/USB/PXE/HD), burn it to a CD, then use it to remove all partitions on your drive. Don't format the drive. That should hopefully allow you to install Windows.

Probably easiest if the OP downloads a livecd and uses that partition manager to completely wipe the drive. That should hopefully allow Windows to install correctly.

Linux is the problem in the first place.

OP has a liveDVD of Windows 7.

gparted is one of the best partitioning tools available. It doesn't install Linux, and it doesn't install grub or any other bootloaders. It's a very handy tool and should be in all PC tweaker's toolboxes.

GParted is not needed, Windows 7 will do a boot-wipe.
Based on the results so far, that boot-wipe hasn't been very productive, hence my recommendation to step outside of Windows and use a different tool to prepare the drive.

GParted is old news, here's its replacement, have a look at Option Three at the second link.

Where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD yourself? If so confirm ISO integrity and burn another DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed.

Write ISO to flash stick using Ultra ISO trial verison: On File tab open ISO or DVD, on Bootable tab Write Disk Image, Format, Write. Boot stick under HD's or USB.

Hi ALL, thanks for the reply. Manage to install the win7 now.

Did try the partition wizard to boot and clean the SSD drive and the result still same.
Try resize under 50GB then try install win7 the result still same.

The reason for me getting this error "Setup was unable to create a new system partition" was because I use USB to install my win7. It's probably "confuse" the win7. After unplug the usb installer and use conventional DVD to install it, the problem solve.

So maybe next time someone having this error can suggest them to use DVD win7 installation instead.

PS: Another info, you might get OS not found when using DVD win7 installation, then you'll have to other DVD win7 installer.

    Thanks every1~
