| | Updating Windows 7 build Hi, I currently use Windows 7 RC Build 7100. Can I update my build, or I have to do clean install of a newer one? Also, how often do new builds come out? |

| | Hi yonyz, you can upgrade to a newer build but its always recommended to do a clean install for maximum performance. The final RTM build is 7600.16385. no new builds will come now.  |

| | Also, keep in mind that only the 7100 build was officially given away for free. All of these other builds are leaks and so forth which weren't readily published by Microsoft. |
