Help with an unkown device...

I've installed windows 7 home premium on a sony vaio laptop. I have an unknown device in device manager and I can't figure out what it is. I've been to intel's website and ran the checker there, all drivers are up to date. Any ideas would be helpful... TIA

That fixed the unknown Mass Storage device, but the unknown device is still listed.

Touch Pad?

Could it be a missing driver for a touchpad?

The touchpad was listed under mouse as a PS2 compliant something, so I installed the drivers for that, now it's listed correctly as the Alps touchpoint. Still and unknown device though.
