Contact Acer, but they will charge for the recovery disk. The other option is get a windows 7 disk and use your key to register after install. Make sure you get the right disk i.e ultimate, pro, premium and make sure its 64bit or 32bit etc
Depending on what came with the Laptop.
Hope this helps!! | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Self Build OS MS Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1 CPU AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor Socket AM3+ (942) Motherboard ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Hello Wicken,
If you have a retail upgrade copy of Windows 7, then you do not need the Vista (Acer) factory recovery disc to be able to install Windows 7. You could use the tutorial below to do a clean install with a upgrade copy of Windows 7. Clean Install with a Upgrade Windows 7 Version
Hope this helps,

Which ones are you missing?
From the Acer site below after you select Windows 7, you could also go to the vendors webpage for a device to download the latest Windows 7 driver from them as well. If you order a replacement Vista 32bit CD from Acer, you'll most likely have to pay full price for it. It's not needed to install a "retail" copy of a upgrade Windows 7 though.
As for your missing drivers, you have not answered back with which ones you are missing. If you are not sure, then look in Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) to see if you have a device with a exclamation mark on it. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Self built custom OS 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 & Windows 8 Enterprise CPU Intel i7-3930K 3.2 Ghz (O/C 4 Ghz) Motherboard ASRock X79 Extreme11 Memory 32 GB (8GBx4) G.SKILL DDR3 Quad PC3-19200 2400MHz Graphics Card Sapphire HD5870 Eyefinity 6 2GB Sound Card SB Recon 3Di Integrated Chip Monitor(s) Displays 3x 27" Asus VE278Q Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution Mouse Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 5500 Revolution PSU OCZ Series Gold OCZZ1000M 1000W Case Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Edition Cooling Corsair Hydro H100 Hard Drives 256GB OCZ Vector

Anyway they given me a number of a portuguese store near me to solve this issue.
Basically i am missing the acer products, i don't need all of them but acer erecovery management, acer epower management and others(these i need) and no i don't have any exclamation mark on the devices. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Acer Aspire 5737Z OS Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit CPU Intel Core 2Duo T6400 @2.00GHz Memory 4,0GB Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 9400M G Sound Card Realtek High Definition Audio Screen Resolution 1366 x 768 x 59 hertz Mouse Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse 3000 Cooling Notepal X-Lite |

Those programs/products are just something that Acer puts in their computers, erecovery, epower are not needed they are already built into Windows 7.
