I'm so sorry, inform yourself a lil earllier:
"OEM software is also tied to the motherboard it is first installed on. Unlike the retail versions of Windows which can be transferred to a new computer, OEM versions are not transferable. What about upgrading hardware? Microsoft says that anything is fair game, except the motherboard. Replacing the motherboard in a computer results in a "new personal computer," which the company considers to be synonymous with a transfer. It's not permitted with an OEM edition of Windows."

i know that oem is linked to my mobo but ive heard that if you run a repair it will fix the drivers... i did have some disks made so that i am able to do recovery but i wanted to know if that will work or not... i dont want to reformat just to repair stuff

You might be right, but your license key is lost with this mobo thereotically, you may be able to activate a clean install, but I guess you are not.

Your options are to put the old mobo back in and SysPrep Win7 so it can be moved to new hardware: SysPrep to move HD to another computer

Or boot to run Paragon Adaptive Restore CD on the OS to change out the drivers now.

Or use a backup you've saved to reimage the HD: System Image Recovery

Or run factory Recovery from its partition or Recovery Disks which came with the computer or you made off the Recovery Partition.

or clean reinstall Win7 with an installer for your version: Reinstalling Windows 7

You may have to do phone activation when inserting key and hope that MS gives you an exception to the mobo change which normally invalidates OEM activation.
